We gather information about the building to establish its current situation, and whether a detailed energy analysis makes sense for you. The report also indicates the savings you can expect, in per cent.

Our advisors collect data and carry out the necessary measurements. You receive a report with specific measures, real savings in kWh, and the cost and gain of implementation. We can also help you find the right contractor – and as an independent party we have no stake in who does the work.

All commercial buildings over 50 m² must have an energy label when sold or let. If you own a heated commercial building of more than 1,000 m² GIA, a valid energy certificate must be in place at all times. We carry out a physical inspection and prepare both the label and the certificate. A good energy rating makes the building easier to let – at a better price.
