Realnor arranges financing of and investment in commercial property for professional investors. We are involved throughout the value chain – from identification and acquisition, through delivery of the business plan, to the sale of the property or project. By analysing the property and its development potential, we structure projects designed to give our investors an optimal return. We work closely with Realnor’s property management division.

As a landlord you face growing pressure from tenants for lower energy costs. At the same time, banks increasingly focus on the energy rating of buildings when granting loans or offering better terms. In parallel, the EU is introducing its directive on the energy performance of buildings, so that Europe’s overall climate targets can be met.

Q4 2025
Following weaker economic developments through the autumn, the property market has been more cautious in Q4. Norges Bank's rate cuts have so far had a limited effect, and several key indicators point to lower capacity utilisation and rising unemployment. Transaction volume did pick up towards the end of the year, but remains below last year's level, while Norwegian and equity-rich players dominate the market. Residential and logistics are the strongest segments, and players with low leverage are taking advantage of price corrections.
